About the Coach: Saul F. Rosenthal

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago with an M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Sociology and Social Psychology. From 1975-85, I served on the faculties of universities in Illinois, Florida, Nebraska and Colorado.
In 1983 I came to Denver to join the staff of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) as an assistant director. I was appointed Executive Director of the Anti-Defamation League for the Mountain States in 1985, a position I held until 2001. During my tenure with ADL I was asked to supervise the professional staffs in 10 other regional offices – from Seattle to Cleveland.
Among the boards on which I have served are the ACLU of Colorado, Swallow Hill Music Association, Huntington House H.O.A. and Niles Township Jewish Congregation.
Since 2001 I have been providing professional services, including coaching, to non-profit and trade organizations, small businesses and service industry professionals through SFR Public Relations. Our non-profit/trade association clients include Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, YouthBiz, CHAI – A Jewish Community Response to Domestic Abuse, the Denver Board of REALTORS®, the Denver Film Society, the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and Judaism Your Way.
I created SFR Leadership Coaching to intensify my coaching commitment and to share what I have learned about successful professional and volunteer leadership in the non-profit world with the next generations of leaders.
